What are escape rooms and what do I need to do?
Escape rooms are fictionally themed rooms that involve a team working together to solve a variety of clues and puzzles. Each team has 60 minutes to work their way through the room and 'escape'.
The themes/stories of these rooms can vary.
Is there a maximum amount of people we can have in the room?
Yes. Our rooms are designed for 2-8 people only, and team size varies from game to game.
Who will be in the room?
Just you and your team. we believe that the experience should be personal to you, even if you are a group of 2.

What time should I get there?
Please arrive at the time you have booked for no more than 5 minuets before you allocated time. There will be a short introduction to the room, this is necessary before your game begins. If you are more than 10 minutes late, this could affect your playing time in the room. Please ensure everyone in the team arrives on time.
* Please ensure the whole team allows extra time for travelling. We have on site parking so you don't have to worry about locating a parking space.*
How long does it take?
The entire experience will last approximately 90 minutes. This includes an introduction, 60 minutes in the room, and debrief afterwards.
What do I do if I am running late?
Please call us if you are not going to make it on time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, this will affect your time in the room, and you may not be able to play. Please note: We do not give a refund if you are late and your game has to be shortened or cancelled.
How old must I be to play?
If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by at least one paying adult. Please see room description for age recommendations.
Can I take pictures or videos?
No. We do not want our game secrets to be shared as this may ruin other people's experiences.
we will take a team photo after every game and upload to our social media platforms.
What if I cannot work out the clues?
Our game hosts provide hints and clues along the way if needed.
I am worried about playing…
Our rooms are not locked. If you need to leave to go to the toilet or you need a short break, you are free to leave. However, please be aware that the clock will continue to count down. If you have anymore worries on this matter please contact us before your visit.
I am pregnant, can I still play?
Yes. There is nothing in our rooms that is physical.
Please note: we advise you wrap up warm if coming to our winter events.
